Summary: Good service. Very good location . Main problem is that the annexe of the hotel has no elevator.

Summary: The hotel is located very close to St. Marks square making site seeing very easy. The room was comfortable. Jet tub was amazing after a day of walking on cobblestone. We stayed in the annex which was stairs only. The staff was very accommodating and helped with our luggage. The only issue we had was a leak in our bedroom roof our last night. We called concierge and were told the hotel was sold out for the night. Our only options were moving to another hotel at 2am, which we didn't opt for, or staying until the morning. They brought extra towels to put down on the floor and told us to speak with management in the morning. We used the trash can as a bucket since it started leaking more over night. The day time manager did comp us breakfast and gave us an email to contact regarding a refund request. After some back and forth through email, they agreed to refund us half of the one night. While we appreciated the refund, it was frustrating to deal with the management while we were on our trip. This was our first stay in a 10 day Italy trip.

Summary: We were complete newbies when it comes to Venice. We had limited time and lots of questions. Their concierge was excellent and made us feel comfortable, ready to explore and have fun. The room was recently remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Location is hard to beat.

Summary: Great location, staff very welcoming and great to ask for recommendations. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have great A/C. We enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea. The hotel gives a complimentary tour to a Morano Glass Factory. You get to see a glass maker demonstrate glass making and get to see ahd hear about Murano Glass and have a chance to purchase if you desire. A particulatly helpful service is that a staff member will take your luggage and usher you to the water taxi pickup for the train station or airport.

Summary: Our stay was only 1 night, but the staff were all extremely helpful and very friendly. They took care of our water taxi reservations to & from the airport. Hotel location is close to many sites to see and shops to visit. Very pleasant stay, we will be back.

Summary: We loved our stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The staff were welcoming and helpful, giving us restaurant recommendations and advice. Great location only a few minutes walk from St Mark’s Square and the water taxi stands, lots of great places to eat and shop nearby. They also gave us free breakfast every day and afternoon tea every afternoon which was lovely. We had requested one of the more modern decorated rooms and they had accommodated this for us. Shower water pressure wasn’t great but other than that a fantastic stay. Thank you!

Summary: Staff is amazing and very accommodating. Location is outstanding to go anywhere within Venice walking. Hotel is close to back waterway if using private water taxi to/from airport. Convenient to Tronchetto by water. Breakfast is phenomenal.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel just steps away from St. Mark’s. The location is perfect and easy to get to by water taxi and is surrounded by great restaurants. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the front desk staff take their jobs seriously. They also speak English perfectly and make everyone feel welcome.
